Olá, gostaria de uma sugestão de bomba alta e baixa. Para um cilindro com 88,9 mm diâmetro interno do embolo, e curso do cilindro de 500mm. Preciso de 6 a 7 segundos a abertura total do cilindro e uma pressão de 9 a 10 toneladas no momento que o cilindro prensa a peça. E gostei bastante do sistema de.bomba dupla.

O que está acontecendo na bomba se eu tiro a mangueira do dreno e não tenho fluxo nele?
Olá Jefferson, Sempre deverá haver fluxo pelo dreno. Caso não haja dreno a bomba perderá a lubrificação interna principalmente nas sapatas dos pistões, na placa de comando e no rolamento - levando a uma falha imediata. Entretanto, há uma possibilidade de falta de dreno na partida de uma bomba após uma manutenção ou na partida de um equipamento novo. Se o preenchimento da carcaça não for feito corretamente, então sairá ar até a carcaça ficar totalmente preenchida. Neste caso há o risco de a bomba falhar já na partida. Outro ponto a observar é se há obstrução em algum ponto do dreno principalmente por pano de limpeza, estopa ou batoque plástico. Pressão elevada no dreno é também uma das principais causas de falhas em bombas de pistões.

How to solve (bb ) error
How to slide say 2 40mm profiles towards one another in a parallel manner and then have them clamp onto a rigid object to be held fast? What components would/could be required. This application also to be automated via maybe a screw drive/stepper motors? Any suggestions guys?
